A global partner delivering integrated recruitment solutions across oil, gas and renewables, supporting operational continuity with trained, certified personnel.

AGR supports a broad range of disciplines across the energy sector, with standout expertise in offshore and technically specialised markets where certified, high-calibre talent is critical to performance.

Sectors

Trenching and plough activity depends on precise coordination across cable support, equipment performance and subsea execution offshore. These scopes require personnel who can operate within specialist support environments where timing, control and technical consistency directly influence offshore delivery.

Trenching & Ploughing

EPC environments depend on coordination across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, where technical alignment and execution control shape delivery performance. These roles support structured progression across multiple stages of delivery and reinforce continuity between planning, execution and final completion.

FPSO environments require stable support across production, maintenance, marine activity and asset integrity, where uptime and technical discipline remain constant priorities. These roles contribute to the continuity of live offshore production settings where multiple functions must operate in parallel without disruption.

FPSO

Well operations require disciplined execution across completions, integrity, testing and wireline-related activity, where technical precision and procedural control are essential. These roles support safe execution across live well environments and contribute directly to continuity, reliability and offshore operational stability.

Well Services & Operations

AGR supports energy and industrial clients with data and analytics talent that improves decisions, optimises operations, and enhances asset performance. We connect organisations with specialists in data engineering, visualisation, advanced analytics, and data governance who understand complex energy environments.

Data Science & Analytics

Shipyard environments are shaped by production pace, trade coordination and quality control across new build, repair and topside activity. These settings require personnel who can work within structured yard operations and contribute to stable execution across fabrication, supervision and engineering-led scopes.

Shipyard & Shipbuilding

AGR provides full crew management solutions for offshore vessels, rigs, and marine assets operating in complex environments. We understand that safe, efficient operations depend on Well-coordinated crews with the right mix of skills, experience, and certifications. From single-position placements to complete crew builds, AGR delivers integrated crewing support that helps clients maintain continuity, compliance, and operational performance.

Crew Management

AGR supports the global energy transition by supplying specialist talent across wind, solar, and emerging renewable technologies. With expertise in safety, efficiency, and compliance, our teams deliver skilled professionals for every project phase from development and engineering to construction, commissioning, and operations to keep renewable assets performing at their best.

Renewable Energy

Offshore construction involves the planning, engineering and execution of complex installation activities at sea, using specialised vessels, equipment and skilled offshore personnel. It is critical to the delivery of energy infrastructure such as offshore wind farms, oil and gas platforms, subsea systems and marine structures, where safety, precision and weather conditions are key challenges.

Offshore Construction

Marine and deck activity depends on personnel who understand the operational demands of offshore vessels, the discipline of deck operations and the coordination required across marine, engineering and lifting functions. From bridge and engine room positions to deck leadership, rigging support and vessel-side control, these roles are integral to safe and efficient offshore operations.

Marine & Deck

Survey and inspection functions provide the data, verification and integrity support required to guide offshore activity with confidence. From field measurement and reporting to inspection-led condition review, these roles underpin technical assurance and reliable operational judgement offshore.

Survey & Inspection

Drilling operations require personnel who can perform within safety-critical environments where rig discipline, well control and operational consistency are fundamental. From supervisory leadership and engineering support to core drilling positions on board, these functions are central to maintaining safe execution, technical control and continuity across offshore drilling activity.

Drilling

ROV and subsea depend on personnel who can work effectively within high-specification offshore environments where technical control, equipment performance and coordinated execution are fundamental. From piloting and tooling support to hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and bridge-linked functions, these roles are central to reliable subsea operations offshore.
